AGES AND PARTICIPANT NUMBERS

AGES: 3-5years (2 or more participants under 5 years) – Max 16 Participants $100

AGES: 6 years and over (all participants min. 6years)- Max 20 Participants $100

Participants are all individuals who take part in any gymnastics activities. First and Last names of ALL participants must be provided prior to party. Only those names on the list are permitted on any gymnastics equipment.

GENERAL INFORMAION

• 1 hour of gym time followed by 50 mins in upstairs birthday room.
• Kitchen is available with fridge, freezer, microwave.
• You need to supply your own utensils, plates, napkins etc.
• First and Last names of all participants must be provided prior to party. Phone, fax or email names Tuesday before party.
• Only those names registered may be on any gymnastics equipment.
• Parents who wish to participate in party must be registered as guest and therefore count toward number of participants.
• Do not enter the gym until the birthday coach directs your group in.
• Be cleaned up and departing on time.
