Family Drop Fridays 9:30-11:30

  • $10/family (Max. 2 Adults and 2sibling children) or (1 Adult adult and 3 sibling children)
  • $2 extra/person
  • NO FOOD or Drink permitted in gym area.
  • No Wednesday Drop In as of April

Teen Drop In- Fridays 1:30-3:00

  • Friday 1:45-3:00
  • $5/person

Fundraising

Here’s how it works:

You can save the set fundraising amount by participating in the fundraisers through out the session. Either a flat rate or a percentage of what you raise will go towards your fundraising savings amount. If you fundraise  more than your required fundraising amount you may carry a fundraising credit through to the spring session; this credit is for the fundraising savings only and does NOT carry over to the  Fall session. If you have any question please speak with our Office Staff.

Cost: $110.00 (10% discount for members)

Payment is required at the time of booking.

AGES AND PARTICIPANT NUMBERS

AGES: 3-5years (2 or more participants under 5 years) – Max 16 Participants $100

AGES: 6 years and over (all participants must be 6years or older)- Max 20 Participants $100

Participants are all individuals who take part in any gymnastics activities. First and Last names of ALL participants must be provided prior to party. Only those names on the list are permitted on any gymnastics equipment.  Parents that will be participated will count in the participant numbers.

Payment in Full is required prior to the star of the Party.  A party will NOT start until full payment has been received.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • 1 hour of gym time followed by 50 mins in upstairs birthday room.
  • Kitchen is available with fridge, freezer, microwave.
  • You need to supply your own utensils, plates, napkins etc.
  • First and Last names, phone numbers and ages of all participants must be provided at start party.  Attendees names must be on sign in sheet to participate.
  • If a parent is assisting a child they must be signed in as a participant.
  • Only those names on the sign in sheet may be on any gymnastics equipment.
  • Parents who wish to participate in party must be registered as guest and therefore count toward number of participants.
  • Do not enter the gym until the birthday coach directs your group in.
  • Be cleaned up and departing on time.
  • Parents and Spectators are not permitted on the gym floor or equipment and may view from our upstairs viewing area.
